CENTRE PROGRAMME
Our Centre Programme is specifically designed to cater to young adults with high and complex needs. Our centre-based approach provides a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can engage in a range of activities tailored to their abilities. Our programme runs alongside our Adventure Programme and often crosses over into their activities.
Our centre programme at Kaleidocare is a great way for people with disabilities to build new skills, make friends, and get the support they deserve to live fulfilling lives. Our experienced staff work with participants to create personalised programmes that cater to their individual needs and interests. We offer a wide array of activities, including arts and crafts, physical exercise, sensory activities, music and much more.
Our programme runs
Monday - Thursday 9am - 2.30pm
Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
We work MSD, yourselves, Taikura and your IF providers to ensure that funding does not preclude your young adult from attending our services.
We work closely with Transition Providers to ensure your requirements for service are met.
