Our centre-based programme at Kaleidocare is where young adults receive the support they need to lead fulfilling lives. Our VHN programme offers a range of activities designed to promote health, independence, and socialisation in a supportive and engaging environment. Our Adventure Programme offers daily adventures, new friendships, and life skills for individuals with disabilities. We create opportunities for our clients to engage with their local community, promoting independence and a sense of belonging. Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and have fun.
Our after-school care programme is specifically designed to cater to the needs of school-aged children with disabilities. We provide a range of activities and games that promote both physical and mental health. Our aim is to help them develop social skills and make lasting friendships in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our school holiday programme includes two options - centre-based and adventure-based programmes. Both offer a chance for individuals to have fun and engage in activities that help them foster new friendships and create lasting memories.
Our Hub is an Inclusive Community Activity Centre! We offer a wide range of fun activities and events that cater to all interests and hobbies. Our goal is to help you grow your creative skills while having a great time.
